Personal care with dignity

Personal care is the most private kind of support there is. We take that seriously. Our carers are trained to help with showering, dressing, grooming and mobility in a way that respects your routine, your preferences and your privacy, and they are matched to you so you are not meeting someone new every week.

How it works

  1. 01

We start with a conversation about how you like things done, from water temperature to which side you prefer to dress first.

  2. 02

A personal care plan records those preferences so every carer follows the same routine.

  3. 03

We match you with a small, consistent group of carers and introduce them before their first visit.

  4. 04

Your Care Manager checks in regularly and adjusts support as your needs change.

Who delivers it

Personal care is delivered by qualified personal care workers who hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, a current police check and first aid, and who are supervised by our clinical team.
