Our care workforce

The people who visit your home

Behind the leadership team is a care workforce of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal care workers, domestic assistance workers, community support workers and transport workers.

Every worker holds a current National Police Check, relevant qualifications and first aid, and completes our induction including the Code of Conduct for Aged Care. Our team includes Tagalog and other community language speakers, reflecting the families we serve in Western Sydney.

We roster a small, consistent group of carers to each client and introduce them before their first visit.
