Seven services, three groupings, one care team. Everything we do is delivered in your own home and coordinated by a Care Manager who knows you.
Clinical supports
Nursing care at home
Clinical care does not have to mean a clinic. Our registered and enrolled nurses deliver skilled nursing in your own home, under the oversight of our Clinical Governance Lead, so you can recover, manage a condition or simply stay well without leaving the place you feel most comfortable.
Wound and skin care, including pressure injury prevention
Medication management, prompting and administration
Continence assessment and support
Post-hospital recovery and discharge follow-up
Monitoring of blood pressure, blood glucose and vital signs

Personal care is the most private kind of support there is. We take that seriously. Our carers are trained to help with showering, dressing, grooming and mobility in a way that respects your routine, your preferences and your privacy, and they are matched to you so you are not meeting someone new every week.
Good care is coordinated care. Your Care Manager is a single point of contact who understands your goals, arranges every service, speaks with your GP and allied health providers, and reviews your plan as life changes. For families, it means one phone number and one person who knows the whole picture.
Initial assessment of needs, goals and risks
A written, personalised care plan you understand and agree to
Scheduling and coordination of all services and visits
Liaison with GPs, specialists, hospitals and allied health
A home that is clean, safe and stocked with good food makes everything else easier. Our domestic assistance is practical and flexible: a weekly clean, a hand with the washing, meals prepared with you in your own kitchen, or the shopping done the way you like it done.
General cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting
Laundry, ironing and changing bed linen
Meal planning and preparation, including special diets
Loneliness is one of the biggest risks to health in later life, and one of the easiest to do something about. Our social support is about company and connection: a regular visitor to share a cuppa with, a lift to church or the club, a walk in the park, or help using the phone or tablet to see the grandchildren.
Giving up driving should not mean giving up your life. Our transport service is door to door and person to person: a carer collects you, helps you in and out of the car, stays with you at the appointment if you want them to, and sees you safely back inside at home.
Transport to and from medical and allied health appointments
Shopping and banking trips
Social outings, family visits and community events
Caring for someone you love is a privilege and it is also exhausting. Respite care gives you time to rest, work, see a doctor or simply have an afternoon to yourself, while a trained carer steps in at home and keeps your loved one's routine exactly as it is.
Planned, regular respite blocks
Short-notice and emergency respite where capacity allows
Personal care, meals and medication prompts during respite
Companionship and activities your loved one enjoys
