Help around the home

A home that is clean, safe and stocked with good food makes everything else easier. Our domestic assistance is practical and flexible: a weekly clean, a hand with the washing, meals prepared with you in your own kitchen, or the shopping done the way you like it done.

How it works

  1. 01

We agree on what needs doing, how often and how you like it done.

  2. 02

Your carer follows a simple task list for each visit so nothing is missed.

  3. 03

You can change the list at any time by telling your carer or Care Manager.

  4. 04

We review the arrangement regularly to make sure it still fits your life.

Who delivers it

Domestic assistance is delivered by trained domestic assistance workers with a current police check, working to our infection control and manual handling procedures.

Questions

Common questions about domestic assistance

Most clients prefer their own products and equipment. If you need help sourcing anything, we can add it to the shopping list.

Next step

Let's talk about the care you need

A short, no-obligation conversation with our Care Manager is the best place to start. We will listen first, then tell you honestly what we can do.
