A conversation

Call or send an enquiry. Our Care Manager listens, answers your questions and explains what happens next. No obligation, no pressure.

What you do
  • Tell us who needs care and what is getting harder
  • Ask anything, however small
What we do
  • Listen first, then explain your options honestly
  • Call you back within one business day

Step 1: A conversation (Day one)

Call or send an enquiry. Our Care Manager listens, answers your questions and explains what happens next. No obligation, no pressure.

What you do: Tell us who needs care and what is getting harder. Ask anything, however small.

What we do: Listen first, then explain your options honestly. Call you back within one business day.

Step 2: A home visit (Usually the same week)

We visit you at home to understand your needs, your routine and what matters most to you and your family.

What you do: Show us how your day usually runs. Invite any family you want involved.

What we do: Understand your needs, goals and home. Note what matters most to you.

Step 3: Your care plan (At or shortly after the visit)

Together we agree on a written plan: which services, how often, who your carers will be and when we review it.

What you do: Choose the services and times that suit you. Check the plan before anything starts.

What we do: Write it up clearly, with costs explained. Set a date to review it with you.

Step 4: Care begins (Once your team is introduced)

We introduce your care team before the first visit. From then on, you have one number to call and people who know you.

What you do: Meet your carers before they start. Call one number whenever you need us.

What we do: Send the same small group of carers. Keep your plan and family up to date.
