Nursing care at home

Clinical care does not have to mean a clinic. Our registered and enrolled nurses deliver skilled nursing in your own home, under the oversight of our Clinical Governance Lead, so you can recover, manage a condition or simply stay well without leaving the place you feel most comfortable.

How it works

  1. 01

Our Care Manager and a registered nurse visit to understand your health needs and any clinical instructions from your doctor.

  2. 02

We write a clinical care plan that sets out what will happen on each visit, how often, and who is responsible.

  3. 03

Visits are scheduled with the same nurse wherever possible, and every visit is documented and reviewed.

  4. 04

Changes in your health are escalated to our Clinical Governance Lead and your GP without delay.

Who delivers it

Nursing care is delivered by registered nurses (RNs) and, where appropriate, enrolled nurses (ENs) working under RN supervision. All clinical staff hold current AHPRA registration.
